Went to have my hair done on a different day, because we are flying to Kansas tomorrow. This will be the first time in several years. It will be a hard one since there has been so much bad email but maybe it will be a good visit if I can just say thank you and yes and glad to have you tell me that and nice to see you. We are going to put flowers on Ella's grave. It has been two years since she passed away. Doesn't seem possible, but time does go on.

I hope the weather is nice there and it is nice here today so that makes it a good day. I am going to try to think only pleasant thoughts while we are there. We are only going to be with them for two days, and so I can think pleasant thoughts for two days.

I will take my Sunday School lesson with me to think on when I am in church and that will give me something else to concentrate on instead of thinking of past things that I should forget anyway.
